"I had been searching for a backpack for months. I looked at several companies, but kept coming back to Cotopaxi. I loved the mission of the company and the unique packs. My friend gave me the nudge to spend the extra for this pack and I am SO glad she did. The suitcase opening is amazing. The color way I got is great - bright and unique, just as I had hoped. It holds a surprising amount of stuff and the pockets and different compartments are amazing. This will be a great day-to-day backpack for work (I’m a teacher) or just other day to day things; and it will also be great as a personal item for a flight! I will 100% be purchasing from Cotopaxi again."

Perfect for a Personal Item

"I chose this size specifically because it would fit as a personal item on budget or low-cost carrier Airlines. And it did just that! Well, I usually use packing cubes, the zippered sections within the backpack made it so I could leave those behind and maximize my space. The only thing I wish that was offered on this size bag was a place for my laptop. But not having that just encourages me to leave work behind and enjoy the trip!"

Incredibly space efficient

"I’ve just spent almost a week in a hot country using this little gem of a carry on item. I flew Ryanair with only a personal item and it fitted perfectly. I used packing cubes, one in the front, two in the back, and took my iPad in the tech pocket. I’m admittedly not very large and was travelling to a country where jumpers aren’t necessary, but I managed enough shorts, tees, nightwear, swimwear, all the necessities (battery pack, toiletries etc) and a large travel towel for 6 days without feeling short on space (actually annoyed to be going home with some unworn items!). I’ve also used it for a business trip to Prague in cooler temps, but I ended up just slightly too large for Ryanair due to the inflexibility of a 14 inch laptop (I flew easyJet that time, so it didn’t matter). Capacity for that trip was fine for 2 nights with jumpers / umbrella. It really is a little tardis. More recently I’ve had to bring along an osprey foldable rucksack, as I don’t find the internal segments work for day trips (not “sandwich and 2l water bottle” friendly) - it would be great if Cotopaxi could develop a foldable rucksack too, I know there are hip and shoulder bags, but you need to carry water bottles for trekking."
