Color discrepancy—not like the picture
"I normally love Cotopaxi, but I am deeply disappointed by the advertising of this bag and what I received :( The colors on the website were just perfect, so I couldn't wait to get it in the mail. Unfortunately, after I opened the package, I quickly discovered that the colors were very muted and dark compared to the vibrancy advertized on the website. The worst part is that the zipper colors on the right and top look nothing like the picture. It feels like the online photos were heavily edited or saturated by someone who has never seen the physical product. I bought this bag expecting it to look like the listing, so I will be returning it and shopping in person from now on to avoid this issue."
